PURPOSE: A session mobility control method, a device and a network control thereof are provided to offer convenience by receiving a call/multimedia service without interruption through other terminal during the call/multimedia service through one terminal. CONSTITUTION: An originating call controller transmits a call start request to a receiving call controller(S400). A receiving terminal transmits response about the call start request to an originating terminal(S407). A decisive answer message is transmitted to the receiving terminal via the originating call controller, the receiving call controller and a session mobility controller(S410). A call session is connected to the originating mobile and the receiving terminal(S420).
