<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolling bearing with a sensor capable of securely fixing the sensor. <P>SOLUTION: In this rolling bearing with the sensor, a projection part 24a provided on an inserting/fitting part 22 for attaching a sensor part S to the rolling bearing 11 is formed of elastic resin. Due to this, when the sensor S is attached to the rolling bearing 11, the projection part 24a is pressed and contracted and can pass through an inner peripheral face edge part 12c.
