摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a belt wearing detection device with a simple structure and less numbers of parts at low cost, enhancing productivity by reducing manufacturing steps. <P>SOLUTION: In the belt wearing detection device, a switch part 10 having a stationary contact 12; and a slider 14 reciprocatably supported between a conduction zone having a movable contact 16 and making this contact with the stationary contact 12 and a non-conduction zone where it is not contacted with the stationary contact 12 are provided in a seat belt buckle 22 for latching down a tongue 20 of a seat belt 20. When it is inwardly pressed as the tongue 20 is inserted into the inside of the buckle 22 and when the tongue 20 is latched to the buckle 22, the slider 14 is moved from the conduction zone to the non-conduction zone to switch action of the switch part 10. The stationary contact 12 of the switch part 10 is constituted from a conductive body exposed part 26 formed by exposing a band-like conductive body 24a over the conduction zone of a flat cable 24 insulating the band-like conductive body 24a. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p>
