PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus storing box whose soundproof ability is improved while sufficient ventilation performance is maintained, and which can easily be maintained. SOLUTION: The electronic apparatus storing box 1 is provided with a cabinet 2 storing an electronic apparatus E, air intake ducts 3 arranged in door parts 22 of the cabinet 2, and an exhaust duct 4 disposed above the cabinet 2.
