PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hat with a mask, which has good portability and high cold-protecting performance. SOLUTION: The hat with the mask is produced by sewing a mask part 5 to a hat part 2. Three ways of cold protection the protection of only the head part, the head part and the face, and the head part and the neck can be carried out by using the hat 1 with a mask without carrying two cold protection tools such as a hat and a muffler for the cold protection of the head part and the neck. Accordingly, the hat with a mask eliminates the necessity for carrying multiple kinds of cold protection tools and has good portability. Since the sewing position of the lining cloth of the hat 2 and the mask part 5 is raised from the end of the lining cloth by a prescribed length, the mask part 5 is not exposed to the front side to improve the appearance of the hat in the case of putting the mask part 5 into the hat 2 and using the hat 1 as an ordinary hat.
