PURPOSE: A sea reservoir construction and electric power generating system utilizing a standing complex tidal power generation facility and a floating power plant is provided to protect maritime resources by not interrupting the flow of tide. CONSTITUTION: The standing power plant successively operates a water power generator and a pneumatic power generator with the tidal energy and produces electricity. The standing power plant comprises a fixed lower water tank, a water power generating ship, a platform, an upper tank, and an air power generating ship. Ballast is mounted at the lower end of the floating lower water tank and a sea floating standing complex tidal power plant is built and installed on the sea. A hydrogen gas manufacturing chamber, hydrogen fuel cell manufacturing chamber and a liquid hydrogen gas manufacturing chamber produce hydrogen fuel using the power generated by the sea floating standing complex tidal power plant. |
