The present invention properly performs connections between information processing devices. The information processing device is provided with a communication unit and a control unit. This communication unit transmits images to a first information processing device by using wireless communication. In the case where a second information processing device, which has a different function than the first information processing device, is newly connected when images are transmitted to the first information processing device, the control unit authenticates the second information processing device after pausing the first information processing device.
