PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress an excessive limitation of a second battery power, when limiting the power of the secondary battery by taking account of an increase in an internal resistance value caused by a deterioration of the secondary battery.SOLUTION: A first discharge power limit value TWout_now is calculated in a case where a voltage value Vb of a secondary battery 10 becomes a lower limit voltage value Vb_low at a present internal resistance value R_now; a second discharge power limit value TWout_old is calculated in a case where a voltage value Vb of the secondary battery 10 becomes a lower limit voltage value Vb_low at an internal resistance value R_old under an assumption of a deterioration; and a third discharge power limit value SWout is calculated on the basis of at least one of a temperature Tb or a residual capacity SOC of the secondary battery 10. If in a case where TWout_old≤SWout, on the basis of a smaller value between the TWout_now and the SWout, the discharge power of the secondary battery 10 is limited, and if in a case where TWout_old>SWout, the discharge power of the secondary battery 10 is limited on the basis of the TWout_old.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 |
