<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing device capable of displaying a still picture of a resolution exceeding full HD, and to provide a receiving device, and a display device. <P>SOLUTION: The receiving device includes: a video image receiving means for receiving a video signal from the outside; a vide processing means for outputting a motion image obtained by converting the video signal into a first resolution; a depiction processing means for outputting the still image of a second resolution in accordance with instruction from the outside; and a multiplex processing means for generating split still images obtained by splitting the still image of the second resolution into the first resolution and outputting the generated split still images and the motion image of the first resolution for each frame. The display device includes: a display means for displaying the motion and the still image of the second resolution; a scaling processing means for expanding the motion image of the first resolution; a configuration processing means for restoring the split still images into the still image of the second resolution; and a blending processing means for causing the display means to display the expanded motion image of the first resolution and the restored still image of the second resolution. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
