The electric drive (1) has electric motor (2) and motor control module (3) having printed circuit boards (7,8) which are arranged parallel to the rotation axis of rotor. A housing has housing portions (9,10) having outer circumferential surfaces (15) that cover boards respectively and face inner wall. An air gap (14) is respectively formed between inner walls and outer circumferential surfaces. The openings for passage of convection air on either side of housing portions in circumferential direction of stator, and passage opening for cooling air between housing portions are formed. |
