The invention relates to a new type of clock or watch, particularly to a global time zone clock or watch on time zone shift theory. Its construction mainly comprises a case, a dial plate, hands, watch glass and mechanism, etc. A spherical surface disk replaces the hour hand and is mounted on the original hourshaft. On the surface of the dial there are individual marks which represent time concept directly perceivably, figuratively and overall, and stress on indicating time. The shift disc rotates at a 12 hour cycle. Using the clock or watch, an observer can obtain directly perceivable, figurative, overall space-time concept and a lot of knowledge about astronomy.
