<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform normal transmitting/receiving of an optical signal even when distance between a transmitter and a receiver is varied by traveling of a car. <P>SOLUTION: A control panel 7 lifts the car 1 having the transmitter 5, and outputs information of a present car position of the car 1 to the transmitter 5. The transmitter 5, according to the car position information, converts a video signal for transmission to an optical signal required and sufficient for normally displaying the video signal for transmission on a video display apparatus 4 and having an intensity that does not provide an eddy current state to the receiver 6, and outputs it to the receiver 6. Thus, even when the distance between the transmitter 5 and the receiver 6 is varied by traveling of the car 1, normal transmitting/receiving of the optical signal can be performed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
