<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molding apparatus which can produce a molding at low costs by efficiently controlling an air bank trace formed on the surface of a resin molding having an internal hollow part. <P>SOLUTION: In a twin composite molding apparatus for a thermoplastic resin molding, heater parts 2 and 2' for heating/softening resin sheets 1 and 1', molds 3 and 3', and sheet holding mechanism parts 5 and 5' for holding the resin sheets 1 and 1' are provided, and a compressed air needle 4 for injecting compressed air between the resin sheets 1 and 1' is arranged in one of the molds 3 and 3'. The heater parts 2 and 2', the molds 3 and 3', and the sheet holding mechanism parts 5 and 5' are housed in an airtight container 8. The sheet holding mechanism parts 5 and 5' hold the resin sheets 1 and 1' and form an airtight space 6.
