PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To search for contents while considering, neglecting, or eliminating a desired search objective concept. SOLUTION: This content search device 1 is provided with a search objective concept receipt means 11 receiving the search objective concept along with a flag corresponding to a positive, a negative or zero, a concept content search control means 12 controlling search for the concept and contents according to the search objective concept, a concept propriety processing means 14 finding a positive/negative concept propriety corresponding to the flag as to the search objective concept, a search result decision means 17 deciding the contents notified as a search result from the searched contents according to a content importance calculated according to the concept propriety, and a search result notification means 18 notifying the decided search result.
