PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent occurrence of heat strain or insufficient heating at corrugated rolls by saving a supply amount of steam from a steam supply source to a steam heating roll in a single facer. SOLUTION: The steam S1 supplied from a steam supply pipe 10 of the steam supply source is divided into three systems of corrugated rolls 3a, 3b, a stretched roll 7a, heater rolls 2a, 2b of core sheet A, and heater rolls 6a, 6b of liner sheet B and supplied from respectively separately connected steam supply passages 11a, 11b, 11c. The supply pressure of the steam S1 to the steam supply passage 11a of system of corrugated rolls 3a, 3b is made higher than the supply pressure to the steam supply passages 11b, 11c of the other systems, and a supply amount of the steam S1 from the steam supply source is saved by providing resupply passages 17b, 17c for resupplying the secondary steam S2 after being heated and used in the system of the corrugated rolls 3a, 3b to be able to prevent occurrence of heat strain or insufficient heating at the corrugated rolls 3a, 3b.
