PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blank plate for manufacturing an outer package in which a content of a pouch stored in the outer package can be heat-cooked by using a microwave oven without opening the outer package.SOLUTION: A blank plate comprises: a top panel and a bottom panel; a first side panel located between the top panel and the bottom panel; a second side panel located so as to sandwich either one of the top panel and the bottom panel between the first side panel and itself; and an overlap width panel located so as to sandwich the other of the top panel and the bottom panel between the first side panel and itself. A pedestal panel is provided continuously to a side of the overlap width panel, which is opposite from the side where the other of the top panel or the bottom panel is located. The pedestal panel includes a support panel and a fixing panel for fixing the support panel to the bottom panel.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
