PURPOSE: A method for waterproof-constructing is provided to ensure self-adhesion without non-woven fiber, cloth, and glass fiber. CONSTITUTION: A self-adhesive rubber asphalt waterproof sheet comprises: a plastic film base layer which is cross-laminated; a rubber asphalt waterproof layer; and a release film layer. The rubber asphalt waterproof layer contains 20-50 weight% of asphalt, 10-30 weight% of polyisobutylene synthetic rubber, 20-40 weight% of styrene isoprene styrene synthetic rubber, and 1-30 weight% of polybutene. The plastic film base layer is manufactured by cutting a cylindrical plastic film in an angle of 0 deg;-90 deg; and laminating two cut films to face each other.
