PURPOSE: A gear press-fitting apparatus, which increases assembly productivity by pressing a plurality of gears to a motor shaft is provided to massively product of high quality by securing constant pressure and run-out using a measuring member and an inspecting member. CONSTITUTION: A gear press-fitting apparatus comprises a transport unit(100), a loading unit, a press-fitting unit(300), an inspecting unit(400), and an exhausting part(500). The transport unit has a jig for installing a motor. The loading unit places a motor(800) in the jig. The press-fitting unit presses a gear(900) in a rotary shaft of a motor. The inspecting unit inspects inserted state of the gear. The exhausting part sorts and discharges the defective goods according to the result of the inspecting unit. The loading unit, the press-fitting unit, the inspecting unit and exhausting part are arranged around the transport unit in a radial direction. |
