PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide new DNA application technology utilizing the movement of electrons or charge of the π electron group of each base in the dextrality (B type) and sinistrality (Z type) of a DNA, and also to provide a new nano-electronic device material.
SOLUTION: The nano-electronic device material is disclosed by utilizing differences between respective physical properties in the dextrality (B type) and sinistrality (Z type) of the DNA. In details, the nano-electronic device material utilizes the differences between respective physical properties in the dextrality (B type) and sinistrality (Z type) of the DNA having a base array, in which bases having purine rings and bases having pyrimidine rings are alternately arrayed. Electronic device materials are also disclosed such as a storage element material, a sensor element material, a logical element material, and an operation element material which utilize the nano-electronic device material.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
