PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem on a conventional single core to be mounted at the front end of an insertion rod in the way of locking the hook-shape protruded edge protruded inside to the lower end of the core with an anchor head to be threadably mounted to the insertion rod, that the anchor head should be removed once and then threadably mounted thereto again after the core member is inserted to be mounted therein. SOLUTION: A body is formed of a plastic metal, where a whole outer surface is covered with an elastic raw material and a top portion is formed in a bent structure to be bent outside with thrust, and a flange is provided on the lower side thereof to form a protruded body where the lower edge of the covering elastic raw material is protruded inside the lower edge of the metal body and engages with a lock shaped portion of an insertion rod.
