The magnetically polarized capsule endoscope is included in a kit that also includes a magnet control device. A biopsy device may be integrated in the cap endoscope. The kit also includes optimally arranged space sensors (3), a computer (4) with a highly precise clock, a suitable software, memory units, at least one monitoring monitor (5), a control unit e.g. joystick (6), a vacuum table (7), a suction device (8) and a height-adjustable table (9). Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a magnet control device; and (2) a cap endoscope kit.
