HUMAN IMMUNOGLOBULIN VH GENE AND DNA FRAGMENT CONTAINING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide DNA fragments containing a plurality of human immunoglobulin VHgenes or a novel human immunoglobulin VHgene, furthermore, vectors containing the gene or transformed cells containing the vector.

SOLUTION: Disclosed are a novel human immunoglobulin VHgene and DNA fragments containing the gene, wherein the DNA fragment has a specific nucleic acid sequence of about 800 kbp. The human immunoglobulin VHgene is contained in the fragment of 800kbp and there are novel fifty genes. A DNA fragment containing two or more VHgenes is also provided.
