PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sludge dehydrator capable of uniformly and equally supplying primary dehydrated sludge to an electroosmotic dehydration machine, capable of adapting a primary dehydration machine as it is in the case where the primary dehydration machine is different from a secondary dehydration machine in treatment capacity and especially constituted so as to freely select the primary dehydration machine regardless of its system. SOLUTION: In the sludge dehydrator 1 equipped with a primary dehydration machine 2 and the electroosmotic dehydration machine 3 functioning as the secondary dehydration machine, a sludge supply machine 4, which molds the lumps of the sludge discharged from the primary dehydration machine 2 into sheetlike sludge with a predetermined width and a predetermined thickness and continuously supplies the sheetlike sludge uniformized in density to the electroosmotic dehydration machine 3, is arranged between the primary dehydration machine 2 and the electroosmotic dehydration machine 3.
