<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a machine for cutting kneaded food which can constantly keep cut rice cakes a constant size without performing a troublesome adjustment, and can prevent the packing of the rice cakes between a cutting blade and an extrusion nozzle during a cutting operation or the rolling of rice cakes cut and dropped on a rotary table. <P>SOLUTION: The machine for cutting kneaded food includes a hopper 9 for receiving rice cake just after pounded, an extrusion cylinder 6 and an extrusion screw 7 disposed in the bottom portion, a motor 11 for driving the extrusion screw 7, an extrusion nozzle 8 disposed at the front end of the extrusion cylinder, a cutting blade 19 for cutting down the rice cake extruded from the opening of the extrusion nozzle, a rotary table 28 for receiving the cut and dropped rice cakes, and a motor 27 for driving the rotary table 28. A limit switch 18 is disposed for relating the movement of the cutting blade to the ON-OFF of both the motors; thereby when the cutting blade is moved from the initial position before a cutting operation, both the motors are simultaneously switched off, and when the cutting blade is returned to the initial position after the cutting operation, both the motors are simultaneously switched on. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
