SOLUTION: An ultrasonic motor 1 is constituted of an elastic member 30 on the fixing side having rotationally symmetric form, an elastic member 40 on shifting side having a rotationally symmetric form, a piezoelectric element 31 on the fixing side for vibrating the elastic member 30, a piezoelectric element 41 on the shifting side for vibrating the elastic member 40, an output shaft 10 rotating in a body with the elastic member 40, a rotary transformer 60 for supplying the piezoelectric element 41 with no contact, housings 21 and 22 for storing these, etc., and of three transforming circuits within the rotary transformer 60, an intermediate transforming circuit C2 and an outermost transforming circuit C3 are used as the transforming circuits for two-phase drive power. |
