GENE CONSTRUCT FOR EXPRESSING PROTEIN IN POULTRY FALLOPIAN TUBE, AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING PROTEIN USING THE GENE CONSTRUCT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gene construct for expressing a desired protein in the fallopian tube of poultry including chicken without using any virus vector system for realizing a safe protein production system using transgenic poultry(chicken), and to provide a method for producing the protein using the gene product.

SOLUTION: The gene construct contains the genomic sequence of a chicken-derived ovoalbumin gene, wherein an exogenous gene is transferred in the translation initiation site of the ovoalbumin gene. By transferring the exogenous gene into a chicken's gene using this gene construct, the protein encoded by the exogenous gene can be specifically expressed in chicken fallopian tube.
