A hydraulic specimen analyzing method is provided to prevent solution for the corresponding analysis evaporating as the circumference of the analysis solution is surrounded with the solution for sealing to be shut up. A hydraulic specimen analyzing method comprises a step for scanning the corresponding surface of specimen by approaching a probe(15) installed in a leading end of a cantilever(14) to the surface of the specimen(13) dipped in the solution; a step for taking shape the image after detecting the interaction between the probe and the specimen with a scanning probe microscope; and a step for blocking the analysis solution from the external air by filling the solution(17) for sealing not to be mixed with the analysis solution in the surrounding of the analysis solution(16) in which the specimen and probe are dipped.
