<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exercising capable allowing a user to carry out effective and efficient exercise. <P>SOLUTION: The exercising apparatus has a seat part 2 on which the user rides, an oscillating mechanism 3 for applying exercising load to the user by tilting and oscillating the seat part 2, a message output control part 43 for repeatedly outputting messages relative to the posture of the user during the period applying the exercising load to the user, an output timing deciding part 38 for deciding the output timing of the message by the message output control part 43, a message recording part 36a preliminarily recording the corresponding relation of the state of the seat part 2 and the message, and an oscillating speed detecting part 40 and an inclined aspect detecting part 41 for detecting the state of the seat part 2 in the output timing decided by the output timing deciding part 38, the message output control part 43 derives out the message corresponding to the state of the seat part 2 detected by the respective detecting part 40, 41 from the message recording part 36a and outputs the same in the output timing decided by the output timing deciding part 38. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
