The device has an attaching device fixed horizontally on a receiving telescopic column, where the attaching device is formed by an L-shaped profiled plate (11) with a horizontal section and a vertical section interconnected with each other by a central section having large radius. The plate is provided with parallel and identical oblong holes formed at height of the plate. The holes allow positioning and passage of a safety cable (3) and a pulling cable (2), where the cables includes end stops (13, 14) in contact with a lower face of the plate. |
