PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a formulation having high chemical stability of silodosin that is a therapeutic agent for benign prostatic hyperplasia that is sensitive to light and cannot be exposed to high temperature, the silodosin being represented by the following formula.SOLUTION: The invention provides pharmaceuticals containing at least 85% of silodosin as a cyclodextrin inclusion compound, 1-5% by weight of silodosin or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, 1-50% by weight of cyclodextrin, 40-94.5% by weight of a filler, 3-6% by weight of a disintegrant, and 0.5-4% by weight of a lubricant.
