<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink which contains carbon nanotubes having low viscosity and high dispersibility, an ink especially suitable for inkjet printing. <P>SOLUTION: This ink is characterized by comprising carbon nanotubes, an organic solvent, a binder, and a dispersing agent, wherein the dispersing agent is at least one selected from polyalkylolamine salts and polyether-modified polyalkylsiloxanes. The carbon nanotubes have lengths of ≤5 μm. The ink satisfies a viscosity of ≤15 cp and a surface tension of 25 to 40 dyn. Hereby, the ink containing the carbon nanotubes having good dispersibility and a low viscosity can be provided. The fine patterning of the carbon nanotubes can stably be achieved by coating the ink by an inkjet method. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
