CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing Makkoli(white rice wine) using entire ginseng comprises: a step of grinding entire ginseng(20) and maturing; a step of putting the matured ginseng Makkoli to a container(10); a step of sealing with a cap(40). The precipitate generation in Makkoli is prevented by adding amylase or cellulase. A container of the Makkoli is formed of transparent or translucent material.
