The present invention relates to a fluorescent lamp type LED lighting apparatus which can be easily assembled, and can reduce an assembling time. The fluorescent type LED lighting apparatus comprises: a light transmitting tube; an LED substrate arranged inside the light transmitting tube, and including a coupling unit having a groove and a light source unit having an LED arranged therein; a cap positioned in a terminal unit of the light transmitting tube; and a coupling tube positioned between the light transmitting tube and the cap to couple with the cap and the light transmitting tube, and including a protrusion, on an inner surface, coupling with the groove positioned in the coupling unit of the LED substrate.
