A portable terminal device includes a storage portion for storing an application and a history of use of the application, a communication portion for communicating with an information communication device, and a control unit for controlling the portable terminal device. The control unit is configured to calculate a frequency of use of the application based on the history of use and prohibit communication by the application with the information communication device when the frequency of use is lower than a predetermined frequency of use. |
