The present invention relates to a photoconductive chip comprising: a plurality of electrodes which are arranged in the form of an array; and a gate part which is disposed between the electrodes and is activated by light, wherein, when an area of the gate part is selectively activated by light, the electrodes placed on both sides of the activated gate part become electrically conductive. Accordingly, the present invention can provide a chip which can be reconfigured by patterning incident light. |
