PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an office appliance with voice operation function, with which a visually impaired person efficiently utilizes a headset. SOLUTION: The office appliance with voice operation function allows the input of a voice command and the output of a voice message through the headset 3, serving as a device formed by integrating a microphone with a headphone connected to the body 1 of the office appliance and used for voice input and output. The office appliance with voice operation function has an input signal detection section 12 for detecting the presence or absence of a signal from the microphone of the headset 3 at the start of usage; and voice output means 13, 14, 15 each having the function of outputting a high volume message or a buzzer sound generated from the headphone of the headset 3 by the absence of the signal from the input signal detecting section 12.
