PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily realize many functions with single hardware. SOLUTION: A receiving unit 650 receives a command sequence consisting of a plurality of commands, and supplies it to SW circuits 654, 655 and a signal processing circuit 656. The circuit 656 switches the internal structure into a first state according to the command sequence from the receiving unit 650, and executes, for example, spatial resolution creating processing for improving the spatial resolution of an image as first signal processing. Then, the circuit 656 switches the internal structure into a second state according to the command sequence, and executes, for example, noise removing processing for removing the noise of the image as second processing.
