An upper air pressurization system of a vacuum mold is provided to enhance efficiency of vacuum-molding operation by simply and uniformly applying additional pressure on a surface of the mold. An upper air pressurization system of a vacuum mold includes an air dispersion plate(150), a sealing member(160), an auxiliary air guide groove(171), an auxiliary air injection nozzle(170), and an air hose connecting holder(172). The air dispersion plate is installed in an upper plate(110) with an air injection nozzle installing groove(120). The air dispersion plate uniformly disperses the air injected through the air injection nozzle installing groove and exhausts the dispersed air downward. The sealing member is installed at a periphery of a lower end surface of a side surface sealing plate(130). The auxiliary air guide groove is formed on the upper plate. The air injection nozzle installing groove and the auxiliary air injection nozzle are formed inside the auxiliary guide groove. The air hose connecting holder is installed outside the auxiliary guide groove.
