The present invention relates to a three dimensional printing system and a method using a spin coating technique. The three dimensional printing method using a spin coating technique according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises the steps of: applying a first printing material on a substrate; forming a first layer corresponding to the first printing material on the substrate by rotating a stage; applying a second printing material on the first layer; and forming a second layer corresponding to the second printing material on the first layer by rotating the stage.
