The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a health food having a pellet form using Orostachydis herba. More particularly, the manufacturing method comprises the steps of: collecting and cleaning Orostachydis herba, and drying and pulverizing the cleaned Orostachydis herba; preparing a porridge using glutinous rice; mixing the dried Orostachydis herba powder, glutinous rice porridge, an Orostachydis herba fermented extract, and honey to make a batter, making pellets, and drying the resultant product; and coating the surface of the dried pellets by spraying a Orostachydis herba fermentation enzyme solution, and redrying the resultant product. In the present invention, the health food can be ingested without discomfort by neutralizing acidity of Orostachydis herba, and has enhanced easiness when administered. Also, the health food helps to enhance a user′s health by comprising Orostachydis herba as an effective component, thereby increasing availability thereof as a health food. |
