PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular hub unit capable of reducing weight while suppressing the deterioration of the hardness of an external member.SOLUTION: A hub unit 1 is equipped with an outer ring 2 fixed to a knuckle 9 of a suspension device of a vehicle so as not to rotate; an internal member 3 which has a wheel mounting flange 301 mounted with a wheel, and is rotatably supporting to the outer ring 2; and a plurality of rolling bodies 41 and 42 interposed between the outer ring 2 and the external member 3. An outer peripheral surface at an end portion on the opposite side to the wheel mounting flange 301 of the outer ring 2 is formed to be a fitting surface fitted with a mounting hole 900 of the knuckle 9. A plurality of mounting arms 21 for mounting to the knuckle 9 is provided so as to project out from the fitting surface. Level difference dimensions d between the outer peripheral surface 22a of the outer ring 2 and the fitting surface between at least one set of the mounting arms 21 adjacent to each other in a circumferential direction of the plurality of mounting arms 21 are set be within 1 mm.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
