<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a method for terminating a speech, even when a carrier strength sensing circuit malfunctions by releasing a speech in the case that no speech end data is received for a predetermined speech time, while a portable set is busy and no reply data with respect to inquiry data are received from a stationary device during speech. SOLUTION: A control section 32 controls the entire operation of a stationary device, transmits inquiry data during a speech, when a portable device is busy within a set time and receives reply data from the portable device to disconnect a channel. A memory 33 consists of a ROM for storing a program and a RAM which tentatively stores data produced during the execution of the program, stores an identification number of the portable device and has areas for setting various functions. A key entry section 34 is provided with keys and a dial key for various functions and for mode setting and provides an output of key data corresponding to an operated key.</p> |
