PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve weight and cost reduction of a movable rear door to be used in a convertible-type automobile by forming a rear window by a resin panel and installing an aluminum-extruded frame to the outer peripheral surface of the inner face of the resin panel. SOLUTION: A rear door 1 comprises a resin panel 2 forming a window, a frame 3 which reinforces the panel 2, and an outer garnish 4 which covers the frame 3. The resin panel 2 is made of a transparent resin such as polycarbonate resin and shaped in an oblong which is suitable for the rear window shape. The hollow frame 3 is produced by extruding aluminum. An upper hem 3a, a lower hem 3b, and left and right side hems 3c are welded together to form an oblong frame, and it is attached to the outer periphery of the inner face of the resin panel 2 by adhesives. The outer garnish 4 formed in a gate shape is made of an opaque resin, and covers the frame 3 so that it cannot be seen from outside the vehicle.
