A polymer obtained with a silsesquioxane derivative represented by the formula (1-0): (1-0) (a) (b) wherein R<0> represents hydrogen, alkyl, cycloalkyl, aryl, or arylalkyl; Y represents a group represented by the formula (a) or (b); Z represents -O-, -CH2-, or a single bond; and X represents a reactive group or R<0> (provided that at least one of the X's is a reactive group).
