SOLUTION: A functional entity name 14A and an argument name group 14B for identifying argument data used for execution of functions are stored in a storage part 14 of each functional entity, when a function of a providing side functional entity 1 is used from a use side functional entity 4, the argument name group 14B is acquired from the providing side functional entity 1 by an information management means 15B of the use side functional entity 4, an argument name group 24B used in the function is acquired from a master functional entity 2 having the same kind of function as the function of the providing side functional entity 1 and argument names of each argument data transmitted to the providing side functional entity 1 are converted into the argument name of the providing side functional entity 1 by an argument conversion means 15D based on each of the argument name groups 14B, 24B of the acquired providing side functional entity 1 and the master functional entity 2.
