PURPOSE: An apparatus for manufacturing uncooked food powder is provided to improve productivity by preventing pulverized uncooked food materials from being aggregated, to hygienically manufacture the uncooked food powder by removing microorganisms and remaining agricultural chemicals of the uncooked food, and to collect the uncooked food powder by a size or a weight. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for manufacturing uncooked food powder comprises: a pulverized uncooked food material input unit(100); an air supply unit(200) for supplying air to transport a pulverized uncooked food material; a mixing unit(300) which mixes the air with the pulverized uncooked food material; a path(400) in which the mixture moves along the air flow; a unit(500) for collecting the pulverized uncooked food material; and a filter unit(600) which is arranged on the path and filters the pulverized uncooked food materials. |
