<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a homogeneous ceramic porous body in which pores have an equal radius, are mutually independent and are regularly arranged in a three dimension. <P>SOLUTION: Surfaces of spherical polymer particles (1) are evenly modified with ceramic particulates (2) by heteroaggregation in the slurry of a predetermined pH. In fact, the respective surfaces of the spherical polymer particles used as cores (1) and the ceramic particulates (2) modified to the surfaces are electrostatically charged mutually having a different polarity between them in the slurry, the electrostatic forces working in both of them are utilized, the particles of the same kind are evenly dispersed, between spherical polymer particles (1) and ceramic particulates (2) which are the different kind, the surfaces of spherical polymer particle (1) is evenly modified by the ceramic particulate (2) by heteroaggregation, thereby these uniform dispersion and uniform modification are realized at the same time. Then, the slurry is molded and calcinated, thereby the firing removal of the polymer particles is carried out at the time of the calcination and the ceramic particulates are united together. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
