PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To show users surely the nullification of image data, judging whether the users related to the image data which are nullified are present in front of a device or not when the nullification of the image data is started. SOLUTION: An apparatus control unit 8 judges whether the users related to the nullified image data are present in front of the device or not by referring to a previously prepared judgement reference table, when an process of nullifying the image data is carried out. As the result, when it is judged that the users are present in front of the device, the fact that the image data are being nullified is displayed on a control panel 4.
