The present invention relates to a one time password (OTP) producer and, more particularly, to an OTP production system based on wireless transaction to wirelessly transmit transactional information to the OTP producer from a transaction terminal used by a user and to produce an OTP after the OTP producer reflects the received transactional information without an input of the transactional information by the user, and a method thereof.
