PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an abrasive liquid composition containing BTA or a derivative thereof, capable of improving the storage stability in an aspect.SOLUTION: In one or a plurality of embodiments, an abrasive liquid composition for Ni-P plated aluminum alloy substrates includes at least one selected from the group consisting of silica particles, an acid, an oxidant, benzotriazol (BTA) and a derivative thereof, at least one selected from the group consisting of a diamine and a triamine, a deterioration inhibitor for BTA or a derivative thereof, and water. The deterioration inhibitor includes at least one of an organic phosphonic acid or a condensed phosphoric acid, containing no nitrogen atom in the molecule.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
